I recently needed to move a client’s email from our old hosting company to the new one. Because the client had over 550MB of email scattered across multiple folders, this was not a simple “download, unzip and then upload” moment.
Instead I used Claude.ai to guide me. Once we finally got it all done, I asked Claude to consolidate the steps into the document below. Client names and other special info were removed. I hope this can server a as guide post to the next pilgrim to come this way.
